With the help of the program EKV manager, the user reserves the vehicle and issues a travel order whose status is open. In this way one gets a complete overview of travel orders, and the user is encouraged to finalize them regularly and on time when they conclude a trip. Data is stored into the database in such a manner that it can be accessed at any time for different purposes: printed version of the log, users burden, control of correct and focused use of means and vehicles, etc.

Reducing the level of errors in administrative data processing
The smart card enables storing and transfers of data from the vehicle to the information system. In addition to data on the distance traveled, each smart card contains data on the driver and vehicle that are needed for the accurate supervising of travel orders and the motor vehicle booklet. If the card runs out of room for storing data, the device saves data onto the basic EKV unit.

Using company vehicles for private purposes
Each driver has their own smart card, which detects and writes the vehicles ID. This enables an overview of the vehicle that was used. When analyzing the data of the EKV module or smart card you can see the exact route taken and time of travel.
