The Control Center
The Control center consists of a highly efficient server and programming
equipment. Through GPRS service Control center is communicating with
the OBU units. It is in charge for updating the electronic map and for
calculating the toll – subtract it from the user’s account and sends
the information about this event back to the OBU.
